At starshirts.in, we strive to ensure that your orders for custom graphic apparel, streetwear t-shirts, and hoodies are processed efficiently and delivered safely right to your doorstep across India. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your orders are handled, dispatched, and delivered.
1. Processing & Handling Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation containing your order details.
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines
We offer nationwide shipping across India via trusted national courier partners. Delivery times vary based on your location:

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial COD
- We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Partial COD options for eligible pin codes across India.
- For Partial COD orders, a nominal non-refundable deposit is paid upfront at checkout via Cashfree to confirm the order, with the remaining balance payable in cash upon delivery.
- Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and complete shipping address to prevent order cancellation or delivery delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to trace your shipment in real time.
5. Delivery Issues & Address Changes
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Address Updates: If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at
support@starshirts.in. Once an order has been dispatched, address modifications cannot be guaranteed. - Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times. If the package remains uncollected or is rejected, it will be returned to our warehouse. Extra shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned packages.
