1. Orders & Sizing
- How do I choose the right size?
We provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page (for both t-shirts and hoodies). We recommend measuring your favorite t-shirt or hoodie at home and comparing it with our size guide before placing an order. - Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request changes or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement by emailing us atsupport@starshirts.inor calling+91 9399653507. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled in transit. - Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! As soon as your order is placed, an automated confirmation email and/or SMS containing your order details will be sent to you.
2. Payments & Billing
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online prepaid payments via Cashfree (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and digital wallets). We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Partial COD options across India. - How does Partial COD work?
With Partial COD, you pay a small deposit online at checkout via Cashfree to confirm your order, and pay the remaining balance in cash to the courier partner upon physical delivery. - Is online payment on starshirts.in secure?
Absolutely. All payment transactions are securely encrypted through Cashfree Payment Gateway adhering to PCI-DSS standards. We do not store any banking passwords or card numbers on our servers.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide to serviceable pin codes across India. - How long will it take to deliver my order?
- Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Regional Areas): 5 to 7 business days.
(Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days prior to dispatch).
- How can I track my package?
Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email/SMS containing your tracking number and a live tracking link.
4. Returns & Refunds
- What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. - How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email our support team atsupport@starshirts.inwithin 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, images/unboxing video of the product, and your reason for return or size exchange. - When will I get my refund?
- Prepaid Orders: Processed back to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- COD / Partial COD Orders: Transferred via UPI or Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT) within 5 to 7 business days after receiving your bank/UPI details.
5. Apparel Care Instructions
- How should I wash my graphic t-shirts and hoodies?
- Machine wash inside-out with cold water and mild detergent.
- Wash with similar colors.
- Do not bleach or dry clean.
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry in the shade.
- Do not iron directly on printed graphics/typography. Iron inside-out on low heat.
