  • Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD): Requires a small non-refundable deposit paid online at checkout via Cashfree to confirm the order, with the remaining balance payable in cash upon physical delivery.

2. Pricing and Currency

  • All prices displayed on starshirts.in are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are inclusive of all applicable indirect taxes (such as GST) unless stated otherwise during the checkout process.
  • Any applicable shipping charges, Cash on Delivery fees, or regional taxes will be clearly itemized on the final checkout screen before you complete your purchase.

3. Billing Accuracy and Account Verification

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed at our store.
  • You agree to promptly update your email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment details so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
  • Billing Discrepancies: If the name or billing details associated with your payment method do not match your order details, processing may be delayed for verification to prevent unauthorized usage.

4. Partial COD Terms & Conditions

  • The deposit paid upfront for Partial COD orders serves as an order commitment fee.
  • If a Partial COD order is rejected, refused at the doorstep without valid reason, or returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, the upfront deposit amount is non-refundable as it covers reverse logistics and shipping charges incurred.

5. Payment Security & Data Privacy

  • Encryption Standards: All online credit card, debit card, UPI, and net banking transactions are processed through Cashfree Payment Gateway using high-grade SSL/TLS encryption protocols.
  • Card Data Protection: starshirts.in does not store, save, or have access to your sensitive banking details, credit card numbers, CVVs, or payment passwords on our servers. All transactional data is handled securely in compliance with PCI-DSS guidelines.

6. Failed Transactions & Duplicate Charges

  • Payment Failure: If your online transaction fails or is declined by your bank/issuer, your order will not be processed. Please verify your payment credentials or try an alternative payment method.
  • Deduction without Order Confirmation: If money has been debited from your bank account/card but you have not received an order confirmation email/SMS from starshirts.in, the payment gateway will automatically refund the debited amount to your original payment source within 3 to 7 business days.

7. Refunds & Adjustments

All refunds arising from canceled orders, returns, or defective items will be processed in accordance with our [Return and Refund Policy]:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment source (Card, UPI, Net Banking) via Cashfree within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
  • COD / Partial COD Orders: Refunds will be remitted via UPI transfer or direct Bank Transfer (NEFT) after customer support receives and verifies your account details.
